ABSTRACT
Abstract Transparent ultraviolet (UV) photodetectors are an essential component of next‐generation “see‐through” electronics. However, the current often suffer from relatively slow response speeds and high driving voltages. Here, all‐solution‐processed UV reported that facilely prepared environmentally friendly abundant materials. The composed a titanium dioxide thin film as photosensitive layer sandwiched between two different transparent electrodes to form asymmetric Schottky junctions. photodetector with optical transparency can operate at zero bias because spontaneous separation photogenerated electron–hole pairs by built‐in electric field. resulting self‐powered displays sensitivity broadband light (200–400 nm). In particular, ultrafast speed up 44 ns is obtained, representing significant improvement over those conventional photodetectors. Moreover, has been successfully applied, for first time, in communication system signal receiver. This work uniquely combines features self‐power ability into would enable broad range optoelectronic applications.
