ABSTRACT
Implantation of a mesh loaded with mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is common approach for the treatment pelvic organ prolapse (POP). The provides effective support to floor, enhancing muscle contraction organs while reducing inflammation. In this study, fully degradable designed POP, utilizing MSCs stimulated by galvanic battery-powered electric field. bioelectronic consists two parts: cell film and porous hydrogel MSCs. battery has flexible substrate, on which Zinc Molybdenum electrodes form that discharges at up 1.2 V, stimulating proliferation migration pre-loaded in hydrogel. anchoring growth sites elevates production elasticity-related healing-related factors, strength elasticity tissue promoting regeneration POP repair. Compared traditional therapy, local stimulation strategy significantly reduces inflammation tissues. addition, completely degrades after vivo application, avoids risks caused surgical removal, demonstrating good biocompatibility implanted mesh.
