ABSTRACT
Abstract Self‐powered electronics using triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) is drawing increasing efforts and rapid advancements in eco/biocompatible energy harvesting, intelligent sensing, biomedical applications. Currently, the performances are mainly determined by pair materials’ inherent electron affinity difference, merely tuned chemical or physical methods, which significantly limit optional variety output capability, especially for natural‐biomaterial‐based TENGs. Herein, a biocompatible material with programmable property, multiple functionalization, large‐scale‐fabrication transcendent performance designed, genetically engineering recombinant spider silk proteins (RSSP). Featuring totally “green” large‐scale manufacturing, water lithography technique introduced to RSSP‐TENG facilely adjustable surface morphology, chemically modifiable properties, controllable protein conformation. By virtue of high electrical power, proof‐of‐principle drug‐free RSSP‐patch built, showing outstanding antibacterial both vitro vivo. This work provides novel high‐performance biomaterial‐based TENG extends its potential multifunctional
