ABSTRACT
The quality of perovskite films is critical to the performance solar cells. However, it challenging control crystallinity and orientation solution-processed films. Here, solution-phase van der Waals epitaxy growth MAPbI3 on MoS2 flakes reported. Under transmission electron microscopy, in-plane coupling between crystal lattices observed, leading with larger grain size, lower trap density, preferential along (110) normal surface. In cells, when active layers are grown coated hole-transport layers, power conversion efficiency substantially enhanced for 15%, relatively, due increased layer improved hole extraction transfer rate at interface. This work paves a way preparing high-performance cells other optoelectronic devices by introducing 2D materials as interfacial layers.
