ABSTRACT
Lead-free A3 Bi2 I9 -type perovskites are demonstrated as a class of promising semiconductors for high-performance X-ray detection due to their high bulk resistivity and strong absorption, well reduced ion migration. However, long interlamellar distance along c-axis, limited carrier transport the vertical direction is bottleneck sensitivity. Herein, new A-site cation aminoguanidinium (AG) with all-NH2 terminals designed shorten interlayer spacing by forming more stronger NH···I hydrogen bonds. The prepared large AG3 single crystals (SCs) render shorter larger mobility-lifetime product 7.94 × 10-3 cm2 V-1 , which three times higher than value measured on best MA3 SC (2.87 ). Therefore, detectors fabricated exhibit sensitivity 5791 uC Gy-1 cm-2 low limit 2.6 nGy s-1, short response time 690 µs, all far better those state-of-the-art detectors. combination stability enables astonishingly spatial resolution (8.7 lp mm-1 ) imaging. This work will facilitate development low-cost lead-free
