ABSTRACT
Abstract Semitransparent solar cells play a crucial role in such typical photovoltaic applications as smart windows, transparent chargeable devices, tandem and bifacial so on. Relying on the commercial conductive oxides front electrodes, development of rear electrode (RTE) is especially essential. Here, an efficient semitransparent perovskite cell (PSC) with softly deposited MoO x /Ag/WO (MAW) demonstrated. enables continuously grown silver ultrathin film while high‐refractive‐index WO capping layer can modulate whole optical interference enhance light transmission throughout device. As result, depending MAW RTE, normal planar PSC owns optimal conversion efficiency 15.40% along 10.17% average visible‐light (AVT) simultaneously, which claims best PSCs at considerable AVT. Combining characterizations, performance test same device also reveals uneven absorption due to different direction, well parasitic by functional layers. This paper paves alternative promising way fabricate high‐performance optoelectronic devices future.
