ABSTRACT
Abstract The stability of organic semiconductors is an important topic, which in the case thermoelectrics (OTEs), has not yet got attention it deserves. This work presents a simple method allows to characterize OTEs, using patterned ITO substrates electrically contact encapsulated samples. applied n‐doped carbon nanotube films, well‐suited reference system due their sensitivity changes doping level, and used compare effectiveness different encapsulation methods. In observed oxygen adsorption leads gradual p‐doping. Among investigated barrier materials, glass performs best. Flexible alternatives like transferred films polymers also show promise, while deposited by dropcast performed worse, likely inhomogeneity. Finally, Raman imaging shown be useful technique investigate degradation OTEs.
