ABSTRACT
Abstract Since 2001, 3D microfabrication based on two‐photon polymerization (TPP) has drawn extensive attention and interest in biology, optics, photonics, material science, high‐energy physics. The in‐volume fabrication capability due to the threshold behavior of absorption enables TPP higher flexibility compared with other nanofabrication techniques. However, as determined by feature well various reaction dynamics, writing characteristics TPP, such throughput, accuracy, surface quality, capability, are still limited. Herein, a comprehensive study is performed spatiotemporal dynamics during fabrication, mainly focusing radical diffusion, photothermal effect, microscale mechanics, voxel stacking process. Based study, nonsequential method established simultaneously improve key realize sharp features, high speeds, large overhang structure, smooth surfaces. this work can be applied performance functional devices for fields.
