ABSTRACT
Abstract Water‐soluble conductive polymer poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene)/polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) has a broad application prospect in the field of flexible wearable electronics, but simple and efficient manufacture patterned PEDOT:PSS electrodes is still challenging. In this paper, PEDOT:PSS‐flexible electrode with electrospinning nano‐fiber substrate proposed. The produced by hydrophobic polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) matrix material loaded TiO 2 UV‐induced hydrophilic‐hydrophobic conversion particles. prepared using selective wettability(UV‐SW) process optimized vacuum filtration method. method manufacturing based on wetting film substrates feasible, while features high precision, good conductivity, excellent deformation ability. line width error less than 5%, an initial conductivity 584.44 S m −1 , maintains stable under 0–180° bending 0–30° torsion, variation rates only 4.9% 2.3%, respectively. This paper presents to fabricate precision. study provides for fibric‐based electrodes, promising fabric‐based electronics.
