ABSTRACT
Abstract Non‐centrosymmetric metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have recently emerged as a promising class of coordination polymers for nonlinear optics and light conversion. Nevertheless, achieving high endurance efficiency the conversion within whole visible range by single crystal MOF remains challenge. This article reports on design two non‐centrosymmetric MOFs based 1,3,5‐benzenetricarboxylic acid ligand Er/Co ions, providing an efficient simultaneous multiple second third optical harmonic generations (SHG, THG) from 400 to 750 nm with (over 100 cycles or 3 h continuous operation). Optical experiments quantum chemical modeling crystals confirm polarization chemistry‐dependent SHG THG, associated varied MOFs' symmetry dipole moment. The observed coherent at ambient conditions makes it possible achieve multicolor (up three) emission required modern laser technologies, making highly competitive sustainable materials optics.
