ABSTRACT
Abstract A systematic investigation of the performance CaF 2 ‐Ag‐BaTiO 3 heterostructure based SPR sensor has been performed. The article focuses on point that a suitable dielectric layer and precise optimization process can lead to high performance. E‐coli bacterial is considered as analyte medium. design optimized by simultaneous varying thickness Ag (d M ) BaTiO at wavelength (λ) = 1000 nm which provided an figure merit (FOM) 4510 RIU −1 d 48.1 3.2 nm. Further, FOM again enhanced 9108 λ 992 3.3 fixed This designated final optimum radiation damping (ORD) condition for proposed design. power loss curve normalized electric field are plotted ORD leads FWHM 0.0200° sensitivity 182.17 deg. with ratio 2.59 enhancement factor 1.06. combined (CPF) parameters 24276.79 µm 4 /RIU enables realization more practically.
