ABSTRACT
The impact of plasmonic surface lattice resonances on the magneto-optical properties and energy absorption efficiency has been studied in arrays [Co/Gd/Pt]N multilayer nanodisks. Varying light wavelength, disk diameter, period array, it is demonstrated that allow all-optical single pulse switching nanodisk with an 400% smaller than needed to switch a continuous film. Moreover, Faraday effect enhanced at resonance condition by up 5,000%. influence diameter array amplitude, width position qualitative agreement theoretical calculations opens way designing magnetic metasurfaces for magnetization applications.
