ABSTRACT
Abstract The incidence of prostate cancer (PCa) in men globally increases as the standard living improves. Blood serum biomarker prostate‐specific antigen (PSA) detection is gold assay that do not meet requirements early detection. Herein, a solution‐gated graphene transistor (SGGT) biosensor for ultrasensitive and rapid quantification cancer‐relevant biomarker, miRNA‐21 reported. designed single‐stranded DNA (ssDNA) probes immobilized on Au gate can hybridize effectively with molecules targets induce Dirac voltage shifts SGGT transfer curves. limit (LOD) sensor reach 10 −20 M without amplification any chemical or biological labeling. linear range from to −12 M. realize real‐time less than 5 min well distinguish one‐mismatched molecule. blood samples patients RNA extraction are measured. results demonstrated control group has higher sensitivity (100%) PSA (58.3%). Contrastingly, it be found level directly related PCa.
