ABSTRACT
Abstract Background BEYNEX (version 2.0) is an online application for tracking cognitive abilities using gamified follow‐up tests designed in eight different categories by Neurologists and psychologists. In this study, we aimed to determine monitor the level of person establishing early alarm system, evaluate their relationship with daily living activities. Method Our study was as multicenter prospective. Free codes were given patients enter 2.0 application. The initial evaluations who entered recorded measuring SLUMS (The Saint Louis Mental Status Examination Test), a questionnaire presented activity life at least once every seven days. Result 265 aged between 58 75 years participated study. There increase especially attention, language memory scores, score increased above 17 (p = 0.001). No significant change observed speed flexibility scores problem solving, arithmetic people below 0.001), but no As increases, sleep quality patients, time they spend on hobbies social media direct proportion. Conclusion Online exercise applications may act warning system terms providing feedback caregivers monitoring functions allowing follow themselves stage, also ADLs dementia observing changes over important medical treatment patient.
