ABSTRACT
Ein innovatives System für die orale Wirkstoffabgabe basierend auf der Funktionalisierung von Wirkstoff/Farbstoff-beladenen mesoporösen Siliciumdioxid-Nanopartikeln (MSNs) mit einem biologisch abbaubaren Nutrazeutikum (β-Lactoglobulin) wird vorgeschlagen. Die Konjugation des Nutrazeutikums verhindert nicht nur das Auslaugen Wirkstoffs/Farbstoffs unter sauren Bedingungen, sondern ermöglicht außerdem deren Freisetzung in gewünschten basischen Umgebungen (pH 7.4).
