ABSTRACT
Abstract We have synthesized a porous Mo‐based composite obtained from polyoxometalate‐based metal–organic framework and graphene oxide (POMOFs/GO) using simple one‐pot method. The MoO 2 @PC‐RGO hybrid material derived the POMOFs/GO is prepared at relatively low carbonization temperature, which presents superior activity for hydrogen‐evolution reaction (HER) in acidic media owing to synergistic effects among highly dispersive particles, phosphorus‐doped carbon, RGO substrates. exhibits very positive onset potential close that of 20 % Pt/C, Tafel slope 41 mV dec −1 , high exchange current density 4.8×10 −4 A cm −2 remarkable long‐term cycle stability. It one best high‐performance catalysts reported nonprecious metal HER date.
