ABSTRACT
Setting records: Native mass spectometry was used to study the assembly of 18 MDa capsid bacteriophage HK97. The previous record for analysis capsids by this method around 10 MDa. results indicate that efficiency desolvation is main priority in improving native MS instrumentation.
