ABSTRACT
Abstract In the past few decades, many interesting biomaterials with unforeseen properties have attracted considerable attention due to its unique micro‐nano structure. this work, a bio‐inspired design was proposed develop epoxidized natural rubber latex (ENRL)@polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) three‐dimensional (3D) porous material. Herein, obtained rubber/polyvinyl ( ENR @ PVA ) exhibits “grapevine‐grape” like networks robust as “grapevine” and soft particles “grape”. Owing synergistic effect of those hierarchical structures abundant hydrophilic oxygen‐containing groups, ENR@PVA superhydrophilic underwater superoleophobic functionality. Accordingly, benefiting from superwettability features, shows superior separation (oil rejections are all above 99.5%) anti‐fouling performances. More importantly, integration excellent flexibility mechanical robustness guarantees stability for sustainable reusability oil recovery in practical applications. Therefore, research findings might promote development 3D material future application high performance oily wastewater remediation.
