ABSTRACT
AbstractA two‐box atmospheric chemistry model was used to study the effect of biogenic isoprene emissions upon trace gas constituents in the urban troposphere. Isoprene was shown to lower OH and NOx and raise O3 and VOCs in summer, simulating a reduction of air quality in cities and their environments. Copyright © 2006 Royal Meteorological Society
