ABSTRACT
A high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HPLC/Q-TOF MS) was developed for the analysis of chemical composition change in production process Re Du Ning injection, a Chinese medicine preparation combination Lonicera japonica Thunb., Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Artemisia annua L. total 90 compounds from raw materials-intermediates-Re injection were detected; among them, 55 identified or tentatively characterized, characteristic ions different types described. Based on these studies, various routes analyzed. 28 compounds, including seven iridoid glycosides six monoterpenes G. Ellis, five glycosides, nine phenolic acids one unknown compound transferred to two generated injection. The results indicated that Medicine Pharmaceutical control is very important. This method could provide some reference other preparations.
