ABSTRACT
Cord compression and ischemic non-compressive myelopathy are a complication of spinal Paget's disease (SPD). SPD usually touches single spine level. We report an unusual case with bilevel cord dysfunction which was medically treated due to resolution the vascular steal syndrome.
