ABSTRACT
Abstract A new strategy was proposed to construct the ionic liquid, polyoxometalate (POM), and metal–organic framework (MOF) composite. The POM‐based MOF synthesized by using direct hydrothermal method. sulfonic acid group‐functionalized liquid used for further modification of hybrid material realize encapsulation heteropolyanion‐based within cages MOF. catalysts were characterized XRD, N 2 adsorption–desorption, FTIR, SEM, TEM, elemental analysis, TGA. results indicated that had been successfully encapsulated structure MIL‐100 (MIL=Materials Institut Lavoisier) remained intact. POM–ionic‐liquid‐functionalized MOF, with high content active component, both Lewis Brønsted sites, which led catalytic activity esterification oleic ethanol. reaction conditions optimized response surface methodology (RSM), corresponding conversion reached 94.6 %. catalyst could be easily recovered reused six times without significant loss activity.
