ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to assess the prognostic value 3 staging systems found in literature for sinonasal mucosal melanomas tumors: Ballantyne system modified by Prasad (Ballantyne/Prasad system), American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) TNM classification (mmTNM), and 2009 AJCC carcinomas nasal cavity sinuses (carTNM).A retrospective 35 patients treated between 1995 2010 conducted study. Each patient retrospectively staged using Ballantyne/Prasad system, mmTNM, carTNM.There were 20 women (57.1%) 15 men (42.9%). Only carTNM significantly correlated with overall survival (p = .012) disease-free .041). other 2 classifications not except metastatic whose lower .032).On basis these findings, we believe that should be primary tract
