ABSTRACT
Abstract ZnO‐graphene composite was synthesized by using graphene oxide (GO), zinc acetate (Zn(CH 3 COO) 2 ⋅2H O), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and ethylene glycol as precursors through a one‐pot hydrothermal process. The concentration of NaOH solution had an important effect on the morphology, defects spectroscopic characterizations composite. With increase solution, morphology changed significantly. morphological evolution analyzed SEM TEM observations, Raman PL spectral variations were discussed.
