ABSTRACT
Abstract In the present work, suspension polymerization method is used for preparation of porous polymer microspheres with different surface morphology, and mechanism systematically expounded. The morphology results show that smooth, convex, wrinkled could be controlled by adjusting ratio monomer to porogens. micelles forming framework support “Eggshell,” its size shape directly affect “Eggshell.” addition monomers (GMA), whose has low glass transition temperature ( T g ), important formation morphology. amount toluene polydimethylsiloxane also affects microspheres. addition, effect more significant. process P(GMA‐St‐EGDA) abundant epoxy groups can amplified. material prepared in 100 L reactor well maintained, yield range 80–160 µm than 80%. have potential applications fields enzyme carrier, separation purification, light scattering.
