ABSTRACT
Abstract The possibility of mimicking different types breast tissues to realize experimental phantoms has been investigated by measuring the complex permittivity polyethylene glycol mono phenyl ether (Triton X‐100) and distilled water solutions. In this respect, broad band electromagnetic characterization several mixtures, at concentrations, carried out in 0.5–12 GHz frequency range. good fitting between dielectric properties mammary that proposed stability against temperature range 18–30 °C, suggest characteristics using easily available low cost materials. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
