ABSTRACT
Genetic and microarray analyses have provided useful information in the area of plant pathogen interactions. Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000 (Pst) causes bacterial speck disease tomato. Previous studies shown that changes response to infection at transcript level are variable different time points. This study provides not only on proteomic between a resistant susceptible genotype, but also an early late point. Using iTRAQ quantitative proteomics approach, we identified 2369 proteins leaves, 477 them were determined be responsive Pst inoculation. Unique differential after each comparison further analyzed provide about protein potential functions they play response. is applicable proteomics, adds repertoire now available for crop analysis how change infection.
