ABSTRACT
Abstract The formation of a particle monolayer after the evaporation suspension droplet containing micro/nanoparticles is critical for multiple applications, including cell printing, immunoassays, and electronics. However, conventional methods forming monolayers have limitations in terms use solid substrates to fix them. In this paper, novel method proposed microparticle suspended air using through‐hole chip. Utilizing strong interactions between particles solid/liquid interfaces at microscale, simple yet robust developed fabricate via evaporation. layers are classified into four types according concentration volume, namely, burst, ring, mono multi patterns. Reorganization achieved despite repetitive solvent reinfusion processes. Remarkably, exhibits superior optical characteristics, with signal‐to‐noise ratio that 1.78 times higher fluorescence measurements than same placed on glass plate. This can be applied variety fields requiring sensitive reproducible detection.
