ABSTRACT
The current robotic platform overcomes some limitations of single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy (SILC), however, whether surgery is a safe and feasible approach must be investigated.Patients referred for elective willing to undergo (SIRC) by consent were enrolled. All procedures performed the same team using surgical equipment.Thirty patients underwent SIRC. mean overall operation time was 53.80 ± 15.20 min (range 32-80) console 16.67 5.63 11-30). postoperative stay 1.30 0.54 days 1-3). There no perioperative major complications.SIRC can rapidly learnt safely while overcoming ergonomic difficulties encountered during SILC. SIRC viable alternative treatment gallbladder diseases in selected with strong interest cosmetic outcomes who are pay higher costs associated
