ABSTRACT
Stroke Therapy In article number 2203431, Xiaoling Gao, He Wang, Jun Chen, and co-workers engineer mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) with near-infrared (NIR) magnetic resonance (MR) dual-modal tracking nanoparticles via a bioorthogonal method. An antioxidant layer covered on the MSCs' surface enhances their vitality in harsh stroke microenvironment. The vitality-enhanced MSCs remigrate from penumbra to infarct core act just like firemen struggling fire save lives.
