ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT Smart agriculture is an inevitable trend in the modernization of agriculture. Achieving efficient and precise monitoring trace pesticides important research direction smart agriculture, with significant implications for a safe food supply chain. However, highly sensitive high‐throughput determination still faces formidable challenges. Herein, we demonstrate kind selective organophosphorus pesticide device based on organic field‐effect transistors (OFETs). The unique signal amplification capability OFETs acetylcholinesterase modification active channel layer enables achievement accurate analysis chlorpyrifos, parathion‐methyl, omethoate at ppb level. Moreover, simultaneous multiple samples realized via preparation multichannel devices. Additionally, portable applet developed, enabling real‐time assessment contamination status current response. This work provides new avenue constructing sensitive, real‐time, high‐flux intelligent sensing technology.
