ABSTRACT
Organic–inorganic mixed perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have been rapidly developed. However, while efficiency is improved, stability still a problem that hinders further commercial production. Researchers adopted many solutions and technological means to solve this problem, such as additive engineering, interface encapsulation so on. To achieve the goal, various technical employed. Among them, atomic layer deposition (ALD) an effective tool prepare compact pinhole‐free thin films at low temperature, its introduction provides some improve of devices. Herein, typical cases reported in recent years preparing PSCs buffer layers using ALD technology device are reported. The specific role process analyzed, prospects challenges application also discussed prospectively.
