ABSTRACT
To investigate the reproducibility of fetal nasal bone length measurement in first trimester. In this prospective study, crown–rump length, nuchal translucency, and were measured 171 singleton pregnancies between 11 14 weeks pregnancy. Two investigators have bone. Measurement was standardized. All blinded 3 times. The intraclass correlation coefficient (intra-CC) interclass (inter-CC) calculated. Nasal successfully performed all cases. median lengths 2.4 (range, 1.5–3.2). two observers very good (inter-CC, 0.91 —CI 95% [0.873; 0.940]). intraobserver also (intra-CC: 0.92 [0.902; 0.947]). This study showed trimester highly adequate.
