To compare bidimensional and three-dimensional measurements of lung tumor volumes to verify if any relationship between size fetal hydrops can be established. In the period 2004 2006, five fetuses with type II cystic adenomatoid malformation (CAM) were referred our prenatal diagnosis unit at 25 weeks mean gestational age.
