ABSTRACT
To assess the association between ultrasonographic parameters of Cesarean scar in non-pregnant uterus and number previously performed sections. The study group included 310 women with a history low transverse section single-layer uterine closure. transvaginal ultrasound was to following scar: thickness knit tissue segment (G) case visualization triangular shaped anechoic defect - basis (P) height (W) this triangle. G/P index G/W values were also calculated. Transvaginal sonography enabled 308/310 examined (99.4%). In 55/310 cases (17.7%) completely hysterotomy identified. remaining 255/310 (82.2%) an triangle, defined as defect, observed. mean after single, two three sections was: 9.9 mm, 8.0 mm 4.1 respectively. Statistically important decrease G previous follows: 1.68, 1.53 0.8. were: 2.8, 1.9, 0. 9, No significant difference found patients one comparing (0.80 vs. P < 0.05) (0.8 1.53, groups one,
