ABSTRACT
Besides the usual indications in chronic or acute insufficiencies of cerebral circulation, brain revascularization with extra-intracranial bypasses (EICB) can be useful treatment vascular lesions traumatic, malformative, and tumorous origin. This study demonstrates interest this kind surgery from our experience France, consists 20 cases (Drs. P. Grunewald, Y. Guegan, A. Redondo, Rey, M. Sindou).
