ABSTRACT
FITC labeled amino acids have been separated using a home-built capillary electrophoresis with a laser-induced fluorescence detection (CE-LIF) system. Seventeen peaks can now be generated from the twenty common amino acids. The key conditions lie in the optimization of pH, buffer electrolytes and buffer additives.
