ABSTRACT
Abstract Nowadays computing environments are made of heterogeneous networked resources, but unlike used a decade ago, the current highly dynamic. During session, new resources likely to appear and some go online or move other place. The operating system is supposed hide most complexity such make it easy write applications using them. However, that not case with our systems. Plan B attempts allow their programmers select use whatever available without forcing them deal problems created by dynamic distributed environments. It does so constraints along abstraction replace traditional le abstraction.
