ABSTRACT
We investigate forces induced by the exchange of two light neutrinos between Standard Model (SM) fermions in presence effective operators parametrising physics beyond SM. first set up a general framework which we derive long-range potential mediated weakly interacting SM, retaining both spin-independent and spin-dependent terms. then neutrino-mediated potentials when there are vector, scalar tensor non-standard interactions present as well an exotic neutrino magnetic moment. Examining phenomenology such atomic scale laboratory experiments, upper bounds on Wilson coefficients compare these to those from processes charged lepton flavour violation.
