ABSTRACT
Abstract The chemical characteristics of substrate are one the most significant factors influencing growth and development cultivated mushroom species. aim this study was to determine mineral composition six Pleurotus species ( P. cistidiosus , djamor ostreatus var. florida pulmonarius sajor-caju ) growing on three wheat straw substrates with addition agricultural fertilizer rich in ammonium salt solution nitrates. Significant differences concentration Al, Ca, Cu, Ir, Ni, Ru, Sn Te were observed all used experiment. Cultivation chemically-enriched did not result changes yield exception sajor-caju, which had a lower when grown ammonium-rich substrate. No macroscopic alterations fruit bodies for any regardless applied A higher selected elements correlated their content particular species, or such relationship present only efficiency element accumulation depends (positive values r s ), although nitrogen form may also have impact (negative values). obtained results show that cultivation different strains enriched share nitrate cause spite similarity majority substrates.
