ABSTRACT
Phenomena associated with changes in cell membranes are thought to play an important role the cancer transformation. We hypothesized that electrical charge of tumor cells can indirectly represent membrane-based have occurred during transformation and may indicate status. Here, we describe work showing phospholipids, proteins content, electric charge, all altered pT2 stage/grade G3 bladder cancer. Qualitative quantitative phospholipid composition presence integral membrane were identified using high-performance liquid chromatography. Protein was determined selective hydrolysis isolated peptide resolution. The surface density human electrophoresis. Our results show is increased levels a decreased level proteins. Moreover, process significantly enhanced membrane. In conclusion, this study demonstrates structure function modified further area warranted.
