ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation between past bacterial infections and type chemical composition urinary stones experienced by human patients. Bacteria have been recognized contribute stones; however, role uropathogens in development specific has not extensively investigated. detection infection (eleven different species) from 83 patients made on a DNA level using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) correlated with measured X-ray powder diffraction (XPRD) technique their elemental total reflection fluorescence (TXRF). In study, two scenarios formation mediated Proteus sp. or Escherichia coli are presented. first one is associated spp. which dominated 84% infectious strongly struvite calcium phosphate, whose matrix additionally strontium, phosphorus, potassium, nickel zinc detected. these closely urease activity. second scenario for stone mineralization E. identified weddellite stones, iron conclusion, statistical correlations crystalline showed that mixed infections, excluded one.
