ABSTRACT
Abstract In recent years, the European Commission has made a significant commitment to transition circular economy (CE). At same time, tracking progress in CE implementation remains major challenge, especially at regional level. this context, set of indicators been proposed for key areas selected region Poland – Wielkopolska, as an area promoting holistic approach development through concept. The available scientific literature and national policies were reviewed. addition, desk-research analysis 22 strategic documents regions was performed. Applying aforementioned methods expert interviews, 93 within province’s dominant industries, such agri-food, industrial processing, mobility transport, construction energy. Also, focus paid socio-innovation area. framework allows adequate capture CE’s effects They also provide recommendations creating monitoring with similar economic profiles.
