The purpose of this agreement was to establish evidence-based consensus statements on imaging scapholunate joint (SLJ) instability by an expert group using the Delphi technique.Nineteen hand surgeons developed a preliminary list questions SLJ instability. Radiologists created based literature and authors' clinical experience. Questions were revised during three iterative rounds. panellists consisted twenty-seven musculoskeletal radiologists. scored their degree each statement eleven-item numeric scale. Scores '0', '5' '10' reflected complete disagreement, indeterminate agreement, respectively.
