ABSTRACT
Hydroxyapatite Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by the wet chemical precipitation method at 60 °C in presence of biocompatible natural surfactant-lecithin. The composition and morphology hydroxyapatite with lecithin (nHAp-PC) was studied X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Size distribution for measured nanoparticle tracking analysis NanoSight system. We discuss details influence concentration reaction system on nHAp-PC morphology, as well size distributions suspendability nanoparticles. Product exhibits crystalline structure hydroxyapatite, visible traces lecithin. Difference surfactant amounts results changes particles their average size.
