ABSTRACT
In angiosperms, growth of the root apex is determined by quiescent centre. All tissues proper and cap are derived from initial cells that surround this zone. The diversity cell lineages originated these initials suggests an interesting variation displacement velocity within apex. However, little known about variation, especially in most apical region including cap. This paper shows a method determination field for taking Arabidopsis as example. Assuming symplastic without rotation around axis, combines mathematical modelling two types empirical data: published profile along axis above centre, dimensions packet epidermis lateral velocities, calculated points axial section, vary length direction. Their increases with distance at least twice slower than proper, if similar centre compared. vector orientation depends on position calculation point, widest range angular changes, reaching almost 90°, It demonstrated how related to both distribution rates growth-resulted deformation wall system. Also changes due pattern asymmetry differences slope modelled.
