ABSTRACT
To evaluate the added value of additional 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT following CT for primary staging, detection postoperative recurrence, and management gastric cancer patients. We retrospectively included patients with cancers who underwent contrast-enhanced computed tomography (ceCT), followed by within 30 days. was performed initial staging or recurrence. Two nuclear medicine physicians a radiologist independently decided on imaging-based staging. Pre-68Ga-FAPI treatment decisions were made simulated tumor board post-68Ga-FAPI extracted from medical records. evaluated impact inconsistent new findings based ceCT resulting changes in strategies. 112 patients, 84 28 Compared to CT, 29 24 diagnosed as, ruled out, involvement PET/CT. Among 21 (18.8%) experienced stage 14 had changes, 10 being upstaged 4 downstaged. 7 more New led change 20/112 (17.9%) which deemed major 19 minor 1 patient. is valuable precise recurrence cancers, has potential influence management.
