The emergence of virtual reality and augmented makes preoperative simulation intraoperative real-time guidance possible, especially for lesions in functional areas. Preoperatively, the technique allowed tumor resection while visualizing fiber tracts. During resection, we used to localize terminations dorsal language pathways strictly followed plan perform surgery. Gross total favorable outcome were finally achieved. This case demonstrates that can truly assist glioma surgery
