ABSTRACT
Recent IR extensions to XML query languages such as Xpath 1.0 Full-Text or the NEXI language of INEX benchmark series reflect emerging interest in IR-style ranked retrieval over semistructured data. TopX is a top-k engine for text and It terminates execution soon it can safely determine k top-ranked result elements according monotonic score aggregation function with respect multidimensional query. efficiently supports vague search on both content- structure-oriented conditions dynamic relaxation controllable influence ranking. The main contributions this paper unfold into four points: (1) fully implemented models algorithms XPath functionality, (2) efficient effective processing data, (3) support integrating thesauri ontologies statistically quantified relationships among concepts, leveraged word-sense disambiguation expansion, (4) comprehensive description system, performance experiments large-scale corpora like TREC Terabyte Wikipedia.
