ABSTRACT
Raynaud's phenomenon (RP) is a common condition and causes pain, paraesthesia, ulceration gangrene. Botulinum toxin A (Btx-A) effective when injected via digital palmar approach, in the treatment of severe RP. However, hand weakness resulting from lumbrical malfunction recognized complication.
